Send your problem claims to LTC for resolution quickly and easily. Have you hit the wall with a Medicare issue? Send it over. Insurance carrier making it exceedingly difficult to get paid? Send it over. This service will supplement your existing billing and collections efforts and keep your bad debts as low as possible. If you want to get paid, LTC's billing specialists are now on your team whenever you need them.

To use the program, you will need to have an account set up with us. For account information please click here. Once your account is set up, sending a claim to LTC is as simple as the following steps:

Step 1: Log In
Step 2: Fill out basic information about the claim you are having trouble with (Name, Payer, Dates of Service, etc.) and press "Submit"
Step 3: The program will create a customized fax cover sheet with a unique ICN number and a list of requested supplemental information (RAs, Authorizations, ID Numbers, etc.)
Step 4: Use the fax coversheet and fax as much of the requested information that you have to us and we will go to work
Step 5: Repeat as necessary for additional claims
Step 6: We will notify you via email of all progress.
Step 7: Log back in to this website to track the status of your claims (Pending Submission, Deferred for more documentation, Processed, Finalized with Payment, etc.). In addition to status updates, LTC Specialists will also provide comments on each claim we work.
